Whether you have a fully envisioned custom piece or prefer to simply trust the process, we’re happy to create alongside you. Consultations can be as hands-on or hands-off as you’d like—from an email exchange to meeting over coffee, or coordinating directly through an associated funeral home.

You don’t need to have all the answers. All you need is a love for the flowers you want to preserve. We’ll guide you through the rest.

Step 2: FLOWER CARE

Your Flowers, Safely in Our Hands

Freshness is the first step in beautiful preservation. Once your special occasion has come to an end, your flowers begin changing quickly, so getting them into our care as soon as possible is essential.

We make the handoff as effortless as possible. Depending on your location and timeline, flowers may be dropped off at our studio, picked up locally, hand-delivered, or carefully shipped from farther away. For shipped flowers, we’ll provide personalized guidance on preparation, hydration, packaging, and timing before they make their journey to us.

You don’t have to coordinate it all yourself, either. With advance planning, we can work directly with your wedding coordinator, florist, venue, funeral home, or designated family member to arrange the transfer of your flowers.

Once they arrive, each bloom is carefully inspected and prepared for preservation. We assess the condition of the flowers, select the best candidates for pressing, and begin the process as quickly as possible to protect their natural beauty.

Whenever possible, plan your preservation with us before your event. This gives us the opportunity to coordinate every detail and ensure your flowers make their way from your celebration to our studio with as little stress as possible.

Step 3: PRESERVATION

Once your flowers have been carefully prepared, they begin their preservation journey. The preservation method is selected based on your chosen finished piece, allowing each bloom to be cared for in the way best suited to its final form.

This is where patience becomes part of the process. Preservation can take several weeks, depending on the flowers and the piece being created. We never rush this stage—allowing your blooms the time they need is essential to creating a beautiful, lasting result.

Step 4: Design & Finishing

Once your flowers are fully preserved, the artistry begins. Each bloom is thoughtfully arranged according to your chosen design, whether that means recreating the feeling of your original bouquet or creating something entirely new.

Depending on your finished piece, your flowers may then be framed, finished, or prepared for their final form. Every detail is carefully considered to create a piece that feels personal, balanced, and worthy of the flowers it holds.
